How long does a full detail take?+

Most full details take 2–4 hours depending on the package and vehicle condition. Exterior-only or interior-only services are typically 1–2 hours.

Do you come to me, or do I drop off?+

We're fully mobile — we come to you. We no longer offer in-shop bookings.

What payment methods do you accept?+

Cash or e-transfer only.

Do I need to book in advance?+

Yes — we recommend booking at least a few days ahead. Weekends fill up fastest.

What if it rains on my appointment day?+

For mobile exterior services we'll reschedule at no charge. Interior work goes ahead as planned.

Are your products safe for all finishes?+

Absolutely. We use pH-balanced, premium products safe for paint, leather, fabric, and trim.

Do you offer gift cards?+

Yes — give us a call and we'll set one up for any amount.

What's your cancellation policy?+

Cancel or reschedule for free up to 24 hours before your appointment.
